NATURAL CARE SERVICE
The outdoor filter is serviced every 6 months as a way to maintain the technology that keeps each machine running. Our team of professionals, the Natural Care Service team, will visit each customer at their home to conduct the service.

- Water Source
- Natural POE Cleanser (NPC)
- Natural POE Polisher (POP)
- Auto Timer (if any)
Internal Area - Product Surface
1. Close the water source and manually flush Prime X1 to remove all traces of water
2. Insert the Natural POE Cleanser (NPC) into the product through a booster pump and leave the cleanser inside for 10 minutes
3. Polish product using the Natural POE Polisher (NPP) and flush the product once more
4. Clean the Auto Timer (if any)* and replace the batteries
5. Drain all traces of the Natural POE Cleanser (NPC) and show the removed substance to customer(s)
6. Reinstall the Auto Timer (if any)* and clean the surface of the product
